摘要(Abstract):

随着我国建筑市场体量的进一步扩展,传统建造方式面临转型挑战,要求从业者交叉融合信息化技术解决建造中的问题。将数字孪生技术引入装配式建筑安装过程中,提出装配式建筑构件安装数字孪生模型,从物理实体建模、数字孪生虚体建模、虚实交互通道建模角度,提出基于数字孪生的装配式施工过程多维度建模理论,并阐明基于数字孪生的装配式建筑构件安装智能管理模型的合理性与可行性。
With the further expansion of China's construction market, the traditional construction mode is faced with the challenge of transformation, which requires practitioners to apply advanced information technology to solve various problems in construction. In this paper, the development, research and application of digital twinning technology and assembly building installation technology are systematically analyzed by using the method of literature research, in an effort to expound the close connection and technical breakthrough between intelligent construction and emerging technologies and put forward the solutions to the bottleneck in the development of intelligent construction, laying a technical foundation for the construction and implementation of management model. Besides, the digital twin model in the field of assembly building component installation is proposed by introducing the digital twin technology. Moreover, a multi-dimensional modeling theory of assembly construction process based on digital twin is proposed from the perspective of physical entity modeling, digital twin virtual body modeling and virtual-real interaction channel modeling, so as to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the intelligent management model in the installation of assembly building components.
