摘要(Abstract):
依据现有的大体积混凝土裂缝控制理论,结合本工程混凝土结构的具体特点,采取低水化热复合硅酸盐水泥及“双掺”技术,优化混凝土配合比;在混凝土施工过程中适量掺加粒径150~200mm的毛石;加强混凝土的保温保湿养护等措施,有效地解决了大体积混凝土裂缝的控制问题,取得了良好的经济效益。
Based on the existing crack control theory of mass concrete and the characteristic of the concrete structure of this project,authors solve effectively the problem of crack control of mass concrete by using low-heat Portland cement and both-mix technique,optimizing mix ratio of concrete,mixing properly pebbles of diameter 150~200mm and strengthening concrete curing,which obtain good economic efficiency.
