浅圆仓现浇檐沟定型化支撑体系设计与施工Design and Construction Method of Shaped Support System for Cast-in-place Gutters in Shallow Round Silo

摘要(Abstract):
浅圆仓檐沟高度较高、施工难度大、危险系数高,常规施工方法基于仓壁预埋钢管搭建支撑体系,预埋钢管后期封堵困难,影响筒仓气密性,且拆除时较为危险。提出一种新型可周转檐沟支撑体系,通过在仓壁滑模时预埋螺栓,以滑模吊架进行定位安装,利用高强螺栓实现支撑体系的快速安装与拆除。经过受力计算以及现场施工论证,该支撑体系满足浅圆仓檐沟施工要求且更为安全高效,具有良好的推广价值。
The shallow round silo gutter has a high height,difficult construction,and high risk factor.The conventional construction method is based on pre-embedded steel pipes in the silo wall to build a support system. The pre-embedded steel pipes are difficult to plug in later stages,which affects the air tightness of the silo and is dangerous when removed. A new type of revolving gutter support system is proposed,through pre-embedding bolts during the sliding form of the silo wall, positioning and installation with the sliding form hanger,and using high-strength bolts to realize rapid installation and removal of the supporting system. After calculation of the force and on-site construction demonstration,this kind of support system meets the construction requirements of shallow round silo gutters. It is safer and more efficient,and has good promotion value.
