核电站预应力金属波纹管摩擦试验方法及性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用磷化皂化镀锌钢带卷制的预应力金属波纹管具有低摩阻性能,有利于降低管道摩擦系数,改善内安全壳预应力施加效果。通过预应力金属波纹管摩擦试验得出,国产磷化皂化镀锌钢带波纹管摩擦系数指标满足设计要求,皂化粉处理的国产钢带波纹管摩擦系数显著小于未处理的国产钢带波纹管,且接近进口钢带波纹管,说明皂化粉在国产钢带表面形成的皂化层可显著降低其摩擦系数,试验中的皂化工艺能生产低摩阻皂化钢带。
The prestressed metal bellows rolled with phosphatized saponified galvanized steel strip has low friction performance, which is conducive to reducing the pipeline friction coefficient and improving the prestress application effect of inner containment. Through the friction test of prestressed metal bellows, it is concluded that the friction coefficient index of domestic phosphating saponified galvanized steel belt bellows meets the design requirements, and the friction coefficient of domestic steel belt bellows treated with saponification powder is significantly lower than that of domestic steel belt bellows and close to imported steel belt bellows, indicating that the saponification layer formed by saponification powder on the surface of domestic steel belt can significantly reduce its friction coefficient, the saponification process in this test can produce saponified steel belt with low friction resistance.
