摘要(Abstract):

结合华南理工大学国际校区一期工程装配式宿舍项目,介绍BIM技术在装配整体式-现浇剪力墙结构中的应用点与应用方法,主要包括装配式深化设计中的装配率计算、预制构件拆分、预制构件节点连接、预制构件间混凝土和钢筋碰撞检查、BIM自动出图等。通过BIM技术在装配式深化设计中的应用,可高效解决现浇构件与预制构件间碰撞检查、预制构件一体化设计、异形特殊构件深化设计、构件自动化出图等关键难点,且出图率达到80%以上。
Combined with the first phase of the prefabricated dormitory project of the International Campus of South China University of Technology, the application points and application methods of BIM technology in the assembled monolithic-cast-in-situ shear wall structure are introduced. It mainly includes the calculation of the assembly rate in the prefabricated deepening design, the splitting of prefabricated components, the node connection of prefabricated components, the collision inspection of concrete and steel bars between prefabricated components, and the automatic BIM drawing. Through the application of BIM technology in assembly-type deepening design, it can efficiently solve the collision check between cast-in-situ and prefabricated, integrated design of prefabricated components, deepened design of special-shaped special components, automatic component drawing, and the drawing rate can reach more than 80%, etc.
