某建筑散水开裂原因分析及肥槽回填质量控制

摘要(Abstract):

为解决肥槽回填质量不高导致的室外散水沉降开裂甚至对管线正常使用及建筑物稳定性造成重大影响的问题,以某建筑为例,首先初判分析该建筑外墙与散水连接处出现裂缝的原因,之后评估肥槽土量,判断回填土性质、均匀性、密实性,并对建筑物稳定性进行评估,得到需控制肥槽回填条件,提高回填材料质量的结论,并结合工程案例对肥槽回填质量的控制要点进行总结,最后给出不能及时回填肥槽时应采取的措施建议。
To solve the problems caused by the low backfill quality of the fertilizer tank, such as the settlement and cracking of the outdoor water apron, even the significant impact on the normal use of the pipeline and the stability of the building, taking a building as an example, first, the reasons for the cracks in the connection between the external wall of the building and the water apron are analyzed. Then, the soil volume of the fertilizer tank is evaluated. The properties, uniformity and compactness of the backfill soil are judged, and the stability of the building is evaluated. The conclusion that the backfill condition of the fertilizer tank should be controlled and the quality of the backfill material should be improved is reached. Combined with the engineering case, the control points of the backfill quality of the fertilizer tank are summarized. Finally, measures and suggestions to be taken in case the backfill of fertilizer tank is not in time are given.
