核电站安全壳钢衬里环吊牛腿安装技术

摘要(Abstract):

钢衬里筒体8层有45个环吊牛腿,属于箱形焊接结构。钢衬里筒体8层壁板开孔后,将环吊牛腿吊装至孔洞附近并穿过孔洞后,将环吊牛腿加厚板与钢衬里筒体6mm厚壁板对接焊接并加固。为使牛腿顺利就位且偏差满足相关技术文件及标准要求的前提下尽量减小变形,采取相应的吊装安装方法并辅以相关工装措施,对钢衬里筒体壁板变形及牛腿定位偏差进行控制。实践表明,牛腿安装完成后的偏差及钢衬里筒体变形符合相关技术文件及标准要求。
There are 45 ring hanging corbels on the eighth floor of the steel lined inner cylinder, which belongs to the box type welding structure. After the 8-layer wall plate of the steel lined inner cylinder is perforated, the ring crane bracket is hoisted near the hole and passes through the hole, and then the ring crane bracket thickened plate is butt welded with the 6 mm thick wall plate of the steel lined inner cylinder and reinforced. In order to reduce the deformation as far as possible on the premise that the bracket is placed smoothly and the relevant deviation meets the requirements of relevant technical documents and standards, the corresponding hoisting and installation methods are adopted, supplemented by relevant tooling measures, to control the deformation of the wall plate of the steel lined cylinder and the positioning deviation of the bracket. The practice shows that the deviation and the deformation of the inner cylinder of the steel lining after the bracket installation meet the requirements of relevant technical documents and standards.
