BIM技术在土木工程施工领域的应用进展Application Progress on BIM Technology in the Field of Building Construction

摘要(Abstract):
BIM技术具有可视性、模拟性、优化性、协调性等特点,能够以三维可视化的形式表现出建筑物的形状并模拟工程建设的施工方案,可以为工程提供信息化支撑平台,从而优化建筑施工管理,减少因施工错误所造成的返工,节约工期和施工成本,为建筑工程的各个参与方带来良好的效益。介绍了BIM技术近年来在国内外土木工程施工领域的发展和应用,总结了三维几何建模、虚拟施工、施工控制、造价管理、信息化平台等方面的BIM技术研究和应用。提出了BIM技术今后可能的研究方向,为研究工作提供了参考,也给出了在建筑施工领域运用BIM技术的相关建议。
Due to the characteristics of visualization,simulation,optimization,collaboration,the BIM technology can present the shape of the building in 3D and simulate the construction sequence of a project,which can reduce rework,save time and cost,optimize management of the building construction and improve economic effect for all participants. This paper introduced the development of BIM in recent years. Some main BIM applications,such as 3D modeling,virtual construction,construction control,cost management and information platform were summarized. At last,this paper pointed out the future researches on BIM and gave some advice on the application of the BIM technology in the building construction.
