摘要(Abstract)：

提出将BIM技术应用到预制装配式住宅中,论述了二者的适应性,并以一栋试验楼为例,分析了BIM技术在预制装配式建筑中的应用过程和价值,探讨了BIM模型在预制建筑中下一步的研究方向。
The application of BIM technology in prefabricated concrete structures is proposed.The compatibility of BIM technology and prefabricated concrete construction was discussed.Taking a test building for example,the application process and values of BIM technology were addressed.The research direction of BIM model in prefabricated concrete structure was also explored.
