高耸超大跨度双环试验塔架钢结构施工技术

摘要(Abstract):

低重力模拟试验平台为由6个格构式塔架和顶部双环桁架组成的高耸多塔大跨度空间连体钢结构,具有高度高、跨度大、结构形式复杂及作业环境差等特点。经过方案比选和技术攻关,采用超高塔架钢结构安装技术和超高大跨度双环桁架提升技术,有效减少了高空作业量,满足了安装精度和安全防护的要求,成功完成了塔架和顶部环桁架的施工任务,为火星探测器地面模拟试验提供了坚实保障。
The low-gravity simulation test platform consists of 6 towers and double-layer horizontal circular trusses on the top of the high-rise multi-tower large-span spatial connected steel structur, which has the advantages of high height, large span, complex structure and poor working environment.After scheme comparison and technical breakthrough, the ultra-high tower steel structure installation technology and the ultra-high span double-ring truss lifting technology were adopted, which effectively reduced the amount of work at height, met the requirements of installation accuracy and safety protection, successfully completed the construction tasks of the tower and top ring truss, and provided a solid guarantee for the ground simulation test of the Mars probe.
