摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了我国工程造价管理现状及存在的主要问题,指出BIM技术特点及在工程造价管理中的应用关键技术,并阐述了BIM技术在我国工程项目造价管理过程中的应用价值,具有一定的实际意义。
The main problems and status of engineering cost management in China are introduced,and the technical characteristics of BIM and the key technologies of BIM application for engineering cost are put forward. The application value of BIM in the management process of engineering cost in China is described,it has practical significance.
