基于BIM的智慧工地管理体系框架研究

摘要(Abstract):

根据我国施工阶段管理特点和实际需求,通过对智慧建设理念下的BIM运用模式的分析,提出了基于BIM的智慧工地管理体系框架。在BIM与智慧建设的概念基础下,借助虚拟现实VR、增强现实AR,RFID、三维激光扫描、移动通信等技术手段,发挥互联网、物联网和传感网等网络组织作用,构建基于多维信息及动态决策的工地智慧环境与其运行机制,以加强工程施工阶段现场管理活动的可视化、实时化、高效化与可持续化。
According to the dominating features and practical requirements of project management in construction phase,this paper introduces a conceptual framework of real-time BIM( building information modeling) framework for the on-site construction management,which based on the analysis of BIM application pattern integrated smart building and smart construction concepts. The proposed framework integrates BIM with sensing technologies( e. g. RFID,laser scanning),which then interacted with augmented reality( AR) and mobile communication technology,meanwhile takes full use of Internet,web of things and sensing network,in order to provide initial work for the multi-dimensional information environment and dynamic decision-making support in construction stage and contribute to real-time,visual-aid,efficient and sustainable on-site construction management.
