基于三维激光扫描技术的墙面平整度评估方法

摘要(Abstract):

建筑墙面因表面处理工艺的局限性,导致表面存在凹凸、倾斜现象,为解决该问题,利用三维激光扫描技术精度高、测量速度快、测量范围广等特点,评估墙面平整度。通过计算墙面轮廓线曲率,分析曲率特征与平整度的关系,采用最小二乘法对墙面点云进行平面拟合,基于Matlab编程从墙面点云中提取表面轮廓线,计算得到曲率特征W值。通过分析不同墙面轮廓线W值分布,提出采用点估计和区间估计度量墙面平整度W值的方法。结果表明该方法能有效区分不同墙面的不平整度,具有推广应用价值。
Due to the limitations of the surface treatment process, the surface of the building wall is concave, convex, and inclined. To solve this problem, the three-dimensional laser scanning technology is adopted to evaluate the wall flatness with its characteristics of high precision, fast measurement speed and wide measurement range. First, by calculating the curvature of the wall contour, the relationship between curvature characteristics and flatness is analyzed. Second, the least square method is used to fit the wall point cloud. Then, the surface contour is extracted from the wall point cloud based on Matlab programming, and the curvature characteristic W value is calculated. Finally, by analyzing the W value distribution of different wall contour lines, a method for measuring the W value of wall flatness by point estimation and interval estimation is proposed. The results show that this method can effectively distinguish the unevenness of different walls, deserving popularization and application.
