摘要(Abstract):

绍兴国际会展中心一期B区工程采用EPC模式,造价及工期控制要求高,且要求1号展厅当年开工、当年投用,工程量包括1.5万t钢结构、4.2万m2金属屋面等,施工工期异常紧张。通过钢结构-金属屋面一体化深化设计,实现钢结构与屋面系统支承部件集成设计与集成加工,大幅减少高空作业,利用BIM技术前置解决专业间错漏碰缺问题,有效减少现场拆改作业。采用大跨钢结构半成形状态阶梯卸载技术可提前插入金属屋面系统,与大跨钢结构施工形成流水穿插,大幅节约施工工期,同时相关技术应用取得显著的社会与经济效益。
The construction of Zone B in Phase I of Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center adopts EPC mode, setting high requirements for the cost and construction period control. The Exhibition Hall 1 is required to be constructed and put into operation in the year, whose engineering quantity includes 15,000 tons of steel structure and 42,000 square meters of metal roof, making the construction period of the Exhibition Hall 1 extremely tight. To settle this problem, the design and processing of steel structure and supporting components of roof system are integrated through the design of steel structure and metal roof, greatly reducing the work of aerial construction. Besides, the BIM technology is used to solve the problem of inter-professional omission and collision, which effectively reduces the on-site demolition and modification. What's more, the step unloading technology used in the semi-formed state of large-span steel structure allows earlier construction of metal roof system, in line with the construction of large-span steel structure, which greatly saves the construction time, the technologies applied in this project have achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
