摘要(Abstract)：

BIM技术改变了传统项目管理中信息获取和传递的路径。根据美国Building SMART Alliance的分类,列出了BIM在建筑工程行业的25种应用。通过对项目参建方(规划设计单位、业主、施工单位、物业管理单位和建设监理单位)进行分析,推断出建设监理单位作为BIM技术推广的推手最为合适的结论。并提出了成立BIM技术服务公司、建设监理单位扩展BIM咨询业务、BIM咨询公司扩展建设监理业务、建设监理单位与BIM咨询公司合并等多种推广方案。
BIM technology has changed the way people acquire and transmit information in traditional project management.According to classification from Building SMART Alliance in America,25 applications of BIM in architectural engineering have been listed.By analyzing all parties involved in construction projects including building planner,owner,contractors,estate management companies and construction supervision companies,it was concluded that construction supervision companies are the most appropriate organization to promote BIM technology.Several proposals have also been made including establishment of BIM technology consulting,expanding current supervision companies' business to cover BIM consulting,inclusion of supervision business in BIM consulting and combination of supervision company and BIM consulting.
