摘要(Abstract)：

某饭店框架砌体混合结构,梁、柱、墙体存在不同程度缺陷,整体倾斜严重,地基沉降速度过大,危及正常使用。本文深入研究该建筑病害表现,系统分析病害原因,详尽论述加固计算、设计及施工。
Members of the frame brick composite structure of a hotel such as beams,columns and walls,all have different degree flaws,the structure wholly inclined and the sedimentation of its foundation is very quick,all these situation have influenced the normal use of this building.In this article,authors study these building disease problems,analyze reasons of these building disease problems,and state some aspects of strengthening such as calculation,design and construction.
