不中断交通隧道加固台车的研制及应用

摘要(Abstract):

目前,隧道结构加固仍采用封洞施工并由人工搭设脚手架进行,施工周期长,经济效益低。因此,急需采用能在不中断交通条件下进行隧道维养加固的快速施工装备。以江西武吉高速公路九岭山隧道维养加固工程为依托,研制了一种不中断交通条件下进行隧道波纹钢板内衬加固快速拼装的台车装备。台车预留5m×5m净空,可供多种大型施工车辆和社会车辆通行,实现了隧道内波纹钢板一体化快速精准拼装。该台车在九岭山隧道加固工程中的应用,实现了隧道集约化集中养护和加固,缩短隧道维养周期达2/3,实现经济效益达7 370万元。
At present, the tunnel structure reinforcement is still carried out by closing the tunnel and erecting scaffolds manually, the construction period is long and the economic benefit is low. Therefore, it is urgent to adopt the rapid construction equipment that can maintain and reinforce the tunnel without interrupting the traffic. Based on the Jiulingshan tunnel maintenance and reinforcement project of Jiangxi Wuji expressway, a kind of trolley equipment for rapid assembly of corrugated steel plate lining reinforcement of tunnel under the condition of uninterrupted traffic is developed. 5 m× 5 m clearance is reserved for this trolley, it can be used by a variety of large construction vehicles and social vehicles, realizing the integrated, rapid and accurate assembly of corrugated steel plates in the tunnel. The application of the trolley in the Jiulingshan tunnel reinforcement project realizes the intensive and centralizes maintenance and reinforcement of the tunnel, shortens the maintenance period of the tunnel by 2/3, and achieves an economic benefit of 73.7 million yuan.
