房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构建造技术新进展Development of Construction Technology of Precast Concrete Structure in Buildings

摘要(Abstract):
装配式混凝土结构符合绿色、低碳理念,近年在我国得到广泛关注和研究。介绍了几种典型的房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构的建造新技术,包括万科集团PC、PCF技术,中南集团NPC技术,宇辉集团装配整体式预制混凝土剪力墙技术,合肥西伟德叠合板式混凝土剪力墙技术。分析了其各自特点,提出了促进其技术发展及工程应用的几点建议。
Precast concrete structure has been widely focused on and explored in recent years as adapting green and low carbon concept.Several typical new construction technologies of precast concrete structure in buildings are presented and the respective characteristics are discussed,including precast concrete and precast concrete form tehchnologies in Vanke Group,new precast concrete technology in Zhongnan Construction Group,assembly integral precast concrete shear wall structure in Yuhui Group,laminated slabs concrete shear wall technology in Hefei.Furthermore,some recommendations are proposed to promote its technology development and engineering application.
