摘要(Abstract)：

以施工项目为对象,根据国家现行有关法律、法规、规范及其强制性条文等有关规定,通过熟悉各种文件、现场调研、计算分部分项工程量等,结合工程设计图纸和施工条件,编制出用以指导施工、能够保证施工质量安全和进度要求的施工组织设计。指出施工组织设计编制的特点及编制要点,介绍施工组织设计需要包括的基本内容及编制办法。
Taking construction project as objects,construction management design can be compiled according to project design drawing and construction conditions.Furthermore,before compiling,some works should be done such as being familiar with various files about the project,investigating construction field and calculating work quantity of subentry projects.Moreover,construction management design should accord with relevant laws,codes,standards and compulsory articles.Thus,construction management design can be used to guide construction,and ensure construction quality,safety and time.Characteristics and compilation points of construction management design are pointed out,as well as its basic content and compilation method.
