四管柱在大空间模板支撑体系中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

核电站各厂房结构复杂,设备较多,需留设设备引入及人员通道,保证施工的顺利开展。结合广东太平岭核电站施工实践,介绍四管柱结构设计,进行稳定性验算及预压荷载试验。结果表明,四管柱满足强度及现场施工要求。详细阐述施工及安全质量控制要点。实践表明,四管柱在大空间模板支撑体系中的应用,使设备引入及人员通道满足现场施工需求。
The structure of each plant of nuclear power plant is complex and there are many equipment, so it is necessary to reserve equipment introduction and personnel channel to ensure the smooth development of construction. Combined with the construction practice of Guangdong Taipingling Nuclear Power Plant, the structural design of four-pipe column is introduced, and the stability checking calculation and preloading load test are carried out. The results show that the four-pipe column meet the strength and on-site construction requirements. The key points of construction,safety and quality control are described in detail. The practice shows that the application of four-pipe column in large space formwork support system makes the introduction of equipment and personnel access meet the needs of on-site construction.
