摘要(Abstract)：

施工组织设计(方案)是整个建筑工程施工的灵魂,也是建筑工程实现科学施工、科学管理、科学预算的重要手段和依据。对于建筑业来说,每建设一个工程,首先要对工程进行策划,即施工组织设计和方案的编制核心。介绍了施工组织设计编制方法以及BIM技术在工程中的应用。
The construction organization design( scheme) is the soul of the whole building engineering construction,and it also the important means and basis of construction project implementation scientific construction,scientific management and science budget. For construction industry,constructing each project engineers must make plan firstly,and the plan is the core of construction organization design and scheme. The preparation method of construction organization design scheme and application of BIM technology are introduced.
