Construction Safety Monitoring of Roof Structure in Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium

摘要(Abstract):

以郑州奥体中心体育场屋盖为例,对该空间网架结构施工过程进行监测。通过施工过程及有限元结果分析,制定针对三角桁架及索承网格结构等重点部位监测方案。由三角桁架提升、焊接、卸载各阶段的监测结果得出,结构处于安全状态。索承网格结构预张拉应力监测结果显示在分批次分阶段张拉过程中,应力与张拉强度呈线性关系。
Taking the roof of Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium as an example, the construction process of the space truss structure is monitored. Through the analysis of the construction process and finite element results, the monitoring scheme for key parts such as triangular truss and cable supported grid structure is formulated. According to the monitoring results of lifting, welding and unloading of triangular truss, the structure is in a safe state. The monitoring results of pre-tension stress of cable supported grid structure show that there is a linear relationship between stress and tension strength in the process of batch and stage tension.
