摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了BIM目前在施工领域的应用现状,分析了在施工领域实施BIM的价值和对施工企业及项目的意义,以及目前BIM应用存在的障碍,提出施工企业开展BIM工作的方式和方法,并对BIM在施工领域近期和远期的应用效能进行预测。
The application situation of building information modeling(BIM) in construction industry is introduced.The values and significance of BIM for construction enterprises and projects are analyzed as well as the application barriers.The working mode and method are proposed for the construction enterprises to adopt BIM in their work.The short-term and long-term application efficiency of BIM in construction industry is predicted.
