摘要(Abstract)：
提出我国建筑节能的任务，建筑节能的目标及详细介绍在建筑节能设计、材料设备产品开发、节能标准化、节能技术、已建建筑节能改造等方面的具体技术政策。
This article presents the task and the target of building energy saving in China.Detailed technical policy has been introduced in the aspects of building energy saving design,development of materials and equipments,energy saving standardization,energy saving remodeling for completed buildings.
