静力荷载下双向预应力空心板受力性能试验Test on Mechanical Behavior of Bidirectional Prestressed Hollow Slab Under Static Load

摘要(Abstract):
为研究预应力楼盖中无粘结双向预应力空心板的受力性能,对无粘结与有粘结混合配筋预应力预制空心板梁结构体系(简称UPH预应力预制空心板梁结构体系)进行静水加载试验,观测变形、应力-应变发展,分析受力性能。试验表明静力荷载作用下,楼板在弹性阶段的变形为双向受弯,表现出明显的双向受力特点。在塑性及破坏阶段,楼板开裂荷载、极限承载比原预制空心板分别提高5.9%,3.2%。通过对比理论值和试验值,UPH预应力预制空心板可按双向同性进行计算。
In order to study the mechanical properties of unbonded bidirectional prestressed hollow slab in prestressed floor, the static water loading test was carried out on the unbonded and bonded hybrid prestressed hollow slab beam structure system( referred to as UPH prestressed hollow slab beam structure system) by observing the deformation, stress-strain development and mechanical properties of it. The test shows that under static load, the slab deforms into bidirectional bending in the elastic stage, bearing obvious bidirectional stress characteristics. In the plastic and failure stage, the cracking load and ultimate load of the slab are increased by 5.9 % and 3.2 % respectively compared with the original precast hollow slab. By comparing the theoretical and experimental values, the UPH prestressed precast hollow slab can be calculated according to the bidirectional homogeneity.
