大跨度空间非对称车辐式单双层混合索结构施工技术Construction Technology of Large-span Space Asymmetrical Car-spoke Single-double-layer Hybrid Cable Structure

摘要(Abstract):
在乐山市奥林匹克中心建设项目中,首创大跨度空间非对称车幅式单双层混合索结构体系,无相关经验可借鉴,支承索膜结构外环受压桁架平面近似椭圆形,西侧外高内低、东侧内高外低,空间不对称结构施工困难,且需保证索网提升过程中的结构安全,经研究提出科学有效的施工方法,并对起伏非对称车幅式单双层混合索结构的搭设组装、开盘和铺设、索夹安装、操作平台挂篮安装、提升设备安装、施工监测、提升和张拉、索网形态调整、提升设备拆除等步骤进行详细论述,以保证索结构安装质量和张拉效果。
In the construction project of the Olympic Center in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, the large-span spatial asymmetric spoke single-double-layer hybrid cable structure system was first created with no relevant experience for reference. The plane of the outer ring compression truss of the supporting cable membrane structure is approximately oval, with the west side being high outside and low inside, and the east side being high inside and low outside. It is difficult to carry out the construction of the spatial asymmetric structure, and it is necessary to ensure the structural safety in the process of cable net lifting, hence, scientific and effective construction methods are put forward. Meanwhile, the erection and assembly, opening and laying, cable clamp installation, operation platform hanging basket installation, lifting equipment installation, construction monitoring, lifting and tensioning, cable net shape adjustment, lifting equipment removal and other steps of the undulating asymmetric spoke single-double-layer hybrid cable structure are discussed in detail to ensure the installation quality and tensioning effect of the cable structure.
