核电站超高预应力竖向钢束全比例灌浆试验及其替代方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

核岛安全壳通常采用后张法有粘结预应力系统,在安全壳结构预应力管道正式灌浆前,需对水平、竖向及Gamma钢束搭设1∶1管道模型进行全比例灌浆试验,对浆体材料特点、浆体配合比、浆体制备工艺、竖直段试验管道的选择与考虑、灌浆工艺及相应控制要点进行研究。研究表明,制浆、灌浆工艺及相关设备材料改进措施能满足竖向段钢束管道实体灌浆要求。针对竖向段钢束管道模型搭设高度较大导致场地选择困难的问题,设置与现场相近状态下的浆体压力泌水试验装置进行浆体压力泌水试验,探索出竖向钢束全比例试验的替代方法,可应用于后续同类型核电站预应力竖向钢束全比例灌浆试验中,降低试验高度。
The nuclear island containment usually adopts the post tensioned bonded prestressed system. Before the formal grouting of the prestressed pipeline of the containment structure, it is necessary to conduct a full-scale grouting test on the horizontal, vertical and gamma steel tendon 1∶1 pipeline model, and study the characteristics of the slurry material, the slurry mix proportion, the slurry preparation process, the selection and consideration of the vertical section test pipeline, the grouting process and the corresponding control points. The research shows that the slurry, grouting process and related equipment and materials improvement measures can meet the requirements of solid grouting of vertical pipeline. In view of the difficulty in site selection caused by the large erection height of the steel strand pipe model at the vertical end, a slurry pressure bleeding test device under the similar state to the site is set up to conduct the slurry pressure bleeding test, and an alternative method for the full-scale test of the vertical steel strand is explored, which can be applied to the subsequent full-scale grouting test of the prestressed vertical steel strand in the same type of nuclear power plant to reduce the test height.
