摘要(Abstract)：

结合某施工资料不全的钢框架教学楼结构质量评定工程实例,介绍了其检测方案。研究高强螺栓预拉力及连接副扭矩系数等各种变化因素后,提出了规范规定复检时限外高强螺栓连接副终拧扭矩修正系数的计算公式,建议了高强螺栓连接副终拧扭矩检测结果处理方法。另外,总结了实际检测中出现的问题,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了扭矩检验时的注意事项。
Combining the structural quality assessment example of a school building with steel frame which construction data was incomplete,the testing scheme was introduced. After various factors of changes,such as the pretension of high strength bolt and the torque coefficient of set of high strength bolt,were researched,a formula for the correction coefficient of the eventually torque of high strength bolt outside the retesting time limit was given,and the testing result processing method for the eventually torque of high strength bolt was also given. In addition,on the base of the summary of the problems in in- site testing,their causes were analyzed and the considerations during the torque testing were also proposed.
