摘要(Abstract)：
结合哈尔滨煤炭设计研究院职工住宅楼节能改造工程，介绍了墙体采用粘结固定方式薄抹灰外保温体系（简称ＥＰＳ外保温技术），墙体基本构造和施工技术等。
This article introduces the thin coat plaster external insulation system(EPS external insulation technology) in a cohesively fixing way,basic structures and construction technologies of the walls in the light of the energy saving remodeling of the residential buildings of the Harbin coal Industry Design Research Academy.
