我国BIM政策发展现状综述及其文本分析Review and Exploratory Text Mining of Building Information Modeling Policies in China

摘要(Abstract):
以我国近期信息化及建筑业发展有关政策导向为背景,本研究收集、综述了2013年12月—2017年12月各级部门发布的BIM有关政策,并利用文本分析手段,对BIM相关政策的地区演变和政策融合、发展趋势进行了分析研究。结果表明,当前BIM政策已从最初的应用推广引导阶段发展到全面推进及多政策融合发展阶段,未来BIM政策将与装配式建筑、互联网等相关政策进一步融合,服务建设工程集成化管理、科学决策与提质增效,共同助力建筑业健康发展。
Taking recent published policies related to information technology and construction industry as the background,this paper reviews building information modeling( BIM) related policies issued by government departments at different levels in from December,2013 to December,2017. Meanwhile,text mining methods like keywords extraction and word co-occurrence analysis were adopted to investigate the evolution of BIM related policies in different regions and the integration of other policies in the construction industry. It is illustrated that BIM related policies have transformed from the stage of demonstration and promotion to the stage of integration and expansion. In the future,policies related to BIM,assembled building,and the internet will be further combined for integrated management,smart decision making,and the improvement of quality and efficiency,which will lead to a sustainable future of the construction industry.
