核岛反应堆厂房安全壳钢衬里双曲面弧形穹顶拼装及吊装技术

摘要(Abstract):

为保证在钢穹顶拼装阶段主要厂房的施工不受影响,同时保证钢穹顶能够一次性整体吊装就位,根据核电厂总平面图,选择合适的拼装场地及合理工艺进行穹顶拼装。采用BIM软件动态模拟穹顶吊装,对穹顶整个吊装过程进行防碰撞检查,复核穹顶吊装过程中与行径路线上所有障碍物的安全距离。对传统施工技术进行优化和创新,在保证施工质量和安全的前提下,降低了成本,缩短了施工工期。
In order to ensure that the construction of the main buildings will not be affected during the assembly of the steel dome and that the whole steel dome can be hoisted in place at one time, the appropriate assembly site and reasonable process were for the dome selected assembly according to the general plan. By using BIM software to dynamically simulate the hoisting of the dome, the anti-collision inspection of the whole hoisting process of the dome is carried out, and the safety distance between the dome and all obstacles on the route is rechecked. The optimization and innovation are implemented on the basis of the traditional construction technology, which reduce the cost and shorten the construction period of the project on the premise of ensuring the construction quality and safety.
