摘要(Abstract):

针对高陡边坡加固防护中存在的施工难度大、施工周期长等困难,基于排水钉安装施工过程,改进了传统施工钻机、施工钻机平台,研制适用于既有铁路边坡加固的施工钻机及施工钻机平台,介绍改进后的施工钻机及施工钻机平台的具体构造。在此基础上,提出排水钉施工的一般规定,介绍排水钉施工时所需的技术准备、机具准备及工作条件,制定高陡边坡排水钉施工工艺流程,并提出相应的施工步骤和操作要求。
In view of the defects in high and steep slope reinforcement, such as great construction difficulty and long construction period, the traditional drilling rig and drilling rig platform were updated according to the installation and construction process of drainage nails. A drilling rig and drilling rig platform suitable for reinforcing the slopes of existing railways were developed. The specific structures of the updated drilling rig and drilling rig platform were outlined. On the basis of the updated drilling rig and drilling rig platform, general provisions on drainage nail construction were proposed, and technical preparations, machine preparations, and working conditions required for drainage nail construction were described as well. A process of drainage nail construction on high and steep slopes was formulated, and the corresponding construction steps and operation requirements were put forward.
