摘要(Abstract)：

2016年以来,在国家相关政策的指引下,在业界人员的共同努力下,我国的装配式建筑已经取得了进一步发展。通过对我国装配式建筑发展历程的回顾,阐明了我国大力发展装配式建筑的原因及未来发展方向,深入剖析了目前行业发展存在的问题及困难并提出了针对性的建议措施及建筑业转型升级的建议发展路径,旨在为业界相关人员及行业发展提供参考。
Since 2016, under the guidance of relevant national policies and with the joint efforts of industry personnel, prefabricated construction in China have made further development. Based on the retrospect of development history of prefabricated construction in China, this paper explains the reasons China must develop prefabricated construction and illustrates the future development trend. And it also deeply analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the development of the industry and puts forward targeted measures and suggests the paths for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. The purpose of this article is to provide reference for the relevant personnel and the development of the industry.
