基于BIM的装配式建筑全生命周期管理问题研究

摘要(Abstract):

目前装配式建筑成为建筑业研究的焦点,对装配式建筑的优点以及不足进行总结,并指出装配式建筑在管理方面暴露出的问题。将BIM技术引入到装配式建筑全生命周期中,具体阐述了BIM技术在装配式建筑全生命周期管理中的应用,并结合具体案例进行分析。分析结果表明,BIM技术在装配式建筑全生命周期管理中贯穿设计、生产、建造以及运营维护环节,拥有巨大的应用前景。
Prefabricated construction is becoming a hot spot of construction research at present. This paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated construction,and pointed out the problems exposed by the prefabricated building in management. Moreover,this paper introduced BIM technology into the prefabricated construction of the full life cycle,and specific described the BIM technology in the prefabricated building whole life management. Combined with the specific case,this paper analyzed its application in various stages. The analysis results show that BIM technology has a great application prospect in the whole lifecycle of prefabricated construction management throughout the design,production,construction,and operation and maintenance.
