超大型数据中心项目BIM深度应用研究Research on In-depth Application of BIM Technology in Super Large Data Center Project

摘要(Abstract):
结合某超大型数据中心项目,阐述并分析该项目全过程BIM策划、应用、管理等内容。设计阶段利用BIM技术进行光照分析、CFD分析、方案比选、多专业三维协调和碰撞、虚拟仿真漫游、辅助施工图设计。施工阶段利用BIM技术进行施工场布规划、辅助图纸会审、多专业综合深化设计、施工模拟及方案验证优化、施工进度5D模拟分析、BIM模型全过程维护、竣工模型整合及交付等,并结合Trimble测量机器人提高测量放样效率,通过二维码技术实现构件信息查询、新增、修改,利用VR技术指导现场施工。运维阶段应用BIM技术进行策划和技术准备,实现运维管理平台的应用。全过程BIM策划起明确项目BIM应用、指导和规范BIM实施的作用,可辅助业主决策、提高设计及建造质量、提升多方协同工作效率、降低建设成本等。全过程BIM管理可有效保障BIM应用落地。
Based on a super large data center project, this paper expounds the planning, application and management of BIM in the whole process. In the design stage, BIM technology is used for illumination analysis, CFD analysis, scheme comparison, multi-disciplinary three-dimensional coordination and collision, virtual simulation roaming, and auxiliary construction drawing design. In the construction stage, BIM technology is used for construction site layout planning, auxiliary drawings review, multi-disciplinary comprehensive deepening design, construction simulation and scheme verification optimization, 5 D simulation analysis of construction progress, whole process maintenance of BIM model, completion model integration and delivery etc. In addition, the Trimble measurement robot is used to improve the efficiency of measurement lofting. The two-dimensional code technology is utilized to inquire, add and modify component information. The VR technology is employed to guide site construction. In the operation and maintenance stage, BIM technology is applied to plan and prepare technology. In the whole process, BIM planning plays a role in clarifying the application of BIM, guiding and standardizing the implementation of BIM, which can assist owners in decision-making, improve the quality of design and construction, increase the efficiency of multi-party collaboration, and reduce construction costs. In brief, the BIM management effectively ensures the implementation of the project through the whole process.
